The leading lady of Karnataka Sudha Murthy, wife of Infosys founder Narayana Murthy, who is the voice of Karnataka in ‘Prarthane’ Kannada film of director Sadashiva Shenoy took out time from her busy schedule to dub for her maiden film.

Sudha Murthy’s portion is just over 20 minutes towards the climax. She dubbed for her portion on Tuesday. In the morning Sudha Murthy dubbed for two hours and completed her dubbing portions easily said director Sadashiva Shenoy who is a journalist of repute in Karnatala.

After obtaining the censor certificate soon the first screening of the film ‘Prarthane’ will be for literary personalities, dignitaries from the state and media persons said Sadashiva Shenoy.

‘Prarthane’ is produced by Harish and in his debut Sadashiva Shenoy is focusing many vital issues that are not dealt seriously so far in the film media.

Prakash Raj, Ananthnag, BC Patil, Pavitra Lokesh, Ashok and Master Sachin are in the cast. Veer Samarth has scored the music for one prayer song.
